Just bought this one from Yamagamis today.  Will transplant in the winter.  Last Persimmon is dead.

Gala apple harvest.  Very sweet but poor texture.  Probably waited too long to harvest.  Sun burnt many apples.

Pomegranates seem ready 2 months earlier than last year.  Still some un-split ones on tree.  Also, a tiny gala apple fell off the tree today.

Persimmon Tree

Dug up persimmon tree that never got leaves.  Snipped the ends of the longer roots to reveal some green.  Transplanted tree in a pot with miracle grow potting soil.  This tree needs a miracle!

Last orange.  Maybe last cantaloupe.  Lots more tomatoes to go.

Only avocado

Cut from tree 2 weeks ago.  Finally got soft.  Beautiful but inedible.  Should have left on tree 18 months, not 12 months.

2 big figs today.  Tail end of 1st crop, I think.

My only avocado is 1 year old now.  Cut it off the tree today to wait for it to ripen.

3 limes fell off tree this weekend (used one already).  First zucchini from direct sewn plant.

Earthbox Tomatoes

Planted one "Italian Red Pear" tomato from Yamagamis, and one "super sweet 100 hybrid" that I grew from burpee seed.  Earthbox used a mix of new G&B potting soil and old soil.  Also trying new Espona Organic Tomato Tone fertilizer from Yamagamis.  Used 3 cups per earth box 

Cantaloupe

Transplanted Burpee Ambrosia Hybrid cantaloupes.  Seeds started on Feb 14th.  Sewed new bonnet for city picker planter.

Duty Persimmon

Planted new bare root tree today.  Transferred Washington Navel orange tree to a pot in the back yard 

Beets

Planted beet seeds today.  One volunteer beet from last year already growing.

Trovita is easy to peel, juicy, sweet and seed free!

Put fertilizer stakes next to all citrus trees, apricot, Asian pear, avocado and fig (first time for fig).
